The crème de la lavender crème {lavender field mini portrait sessions, Surrey}

I haven’t had a second to share my lavender mini sessions – they were all amazing and all so different – I really enjoyed myself on the day with all the families – AND the weather was perfect. So what better place to start than my last….late afternoon….dreamy light….session with Laura and Alfie. Now – some of you may – just may – have seen some of these pictures before. I think I can safely say Laura (aka @mrscaudery) is my No 1 fan and quite a few of these have been shared on instagram and Facebook already!! But what you might not know is that I am this special lady’s No 1 fan. Since meeting Laura who owns and runs the wedding venue Fetcham Park not much longer than 18 months ago, we have become very good friends. There are some people that come into your life for a reason and I truly believe Laura is one of those. I was SO over the moon when she asked me if she could fill one of my mini sessions at the Mayfield Lavender fields for pictures of her and Alfie. What a joyful and gorgeous little boy. And I got to take a picture of ‘mummy and daddy’  – as I call them – Alfie’s grandparents too. An absolute delight……
