Wow – what a wedding!!! Seriously this was a RIOT! So much fun! Esme and Oli held their stunning wedding at the fabulous Caswell House in Oxfordshire. It was the perfect venue and the weather was kind – only raining during the meal and even treating us with a breathtaking sunset and rainbow at the end of the day! Esme looked beautiful in her Amanda Wakeley dress – the back of which was incredible! She paired with some cerise shoes which were mirrored by Oli who had hand-knitted cerise socks from his mother-in-law! Oli also decided to honour his new family by wearing the family tartan and there was a Scottish feel throughout in tribute to Esme’s family heritage. The level of detail was fantastic – the flowers were a heady and colourful mix of sweet peas, rosemary and wonderful deep pink peonies. The most memorable part of the day for us was watching everyone enjoy the singers particularly after the speeches (absolutely brilliantly done as a investment pitch from the best men!) and before dessert when dancing on the tables and a deafening chorus proceeded! It was wonderful to watch everyone having the most amazing time – we left the party dancing into the small hours – WOW – what a wedding!!
Thanks to my second hand woman Emma.
