Baubles and bubbles { wedding photography, Northbrook Park, Surrey }
A couple of days into this new year I went to continue my Christmas celebrations with Georgie and Andy at their festive themed wedding at Northbrook Park in Surrey. If you want to see how you make Christmas pretty – here it is! Georgie has the added bonus of working for talented wedding event company and caterers At Home and aided by Couvet tableware the reception looked stunning. Vintage glass, Gypsophila and soft lilac roses filled the pretty Christmas themed tables. Ingeniously the guests had to find their name on a bauble to guide them to which table to be seated at – it was such fun – the baubles were filled with the table name – snowflakes, jingle bells, stars…. Twinkly lights and Christmas trees added to the atmosphere and the guests were spoilt with the most delicious food right from the canapes to the toast-your-own marshmallows to finish.
Georgie and Andy literally giggled at each other all day – I loved watching them during the ceremony – they were like the lovesick teenagers that don’t stop talking at the back of class – except this time they were at the front! Georgie looked stunning and I simply loved her vintage – something old – fur coat which was perfect for the cold weather. Oh the weather – well we won’t mention the gale force winds, thunderstorms and near impassible flooding – it couldn’t stop the best day ever!
