Jo and Mark had a wonderfully intimate wedding day with their closest family. Joanna is originally from Australia so many of her family had travelled over for their special day. It was wonderful that we had such a beautiful spring day for everyone to enjoy. Their church they chose to marry in (very conveniently for me!) is in my own village – it is a stunning church with a beautiful nave and beautifully intricate 19th century chancel – I have longed to photograph a wedding there! Jo looked stunning in a lace fitted dress she found in Australia and Carrie from the Topiary Tree complimented her personality with a beautiful natural and colourful spring bouquet. Following on from the service everyone gathered for a lunch and plenty of celebration at the Wheatsheaf pub in Esher. I have absolutely loved getting to know this couple – yes they really did smile this much all day! – and as we are village neighbours I am sure I am going to be bumping into each other more often! Enjoy a few from their day!
