Claire and Jon {engagement photography, Kent}

Meet Claire and Jon – what a gorgeous couple! Claire is an old family friend from my childhood, we even holidayed together as children when my sister and her were the best of friends! We have been out of touch for a number of years but she found me again on Twitter where we can both be found chatting away! And guess where she met Jon – yes – on Twitter too! I love that! Their mutual love of cricket brought them together and after a bit of tweeting banter they met up – and the rest is history! Jon – what a catch! Ok, ok enough of the lame cricket jokes!

Here they are on a fairly showery day last month – thankfully the rain stopped for just enough time for us to have a walk around the gorgeous Bedgebury plantation in Kent. They really are a lovely couple who clearly adore each other and I really can’t wait to photograph their wedding (at the church I used to go to as a child) in Kent this weekend. And to add – as a cricket fan myself I also am looking forward to their cricket themed marquee reception!!
